myP3+ Product Proof of Concept

Completed proof of concept for our new project portfolio management (PPM) tooling solution – myP3+. This demonstrated that the core functionality of the tooling solution works as intended and can provide value to our clients. This achievement gives us confidence to move forward with the development of the full myP3+ solution!

myP3 Recertified ISO 9001:2015 for another 3 years

myP3 are very pleased that we were recertified for QMS ISO9001:2015 in October (for another 3 years) with no major or minor non-conformances or opportunities for improvement! We are very proud of our team’s performance that enabled this outcome.

Delivered a portfolio management framework and refreshed / simplified their project delivery framework. Included life-cycles, gates, governance & assurance, project management standards, templates & tools, role descriptions and implemented through training and coaching.

Client Engagements Grow including Local Government

Engaging with our first local government client, in June 2017 we counted over 10 engagements across our client base. That was a real confidence boost! We now know we're delivering services that are right for our market and private / public sectors.

myP3's first hire

Ranger Song is hired on staff to provide trusted and expert Programme Management services for a client’s ICT Infrastructure Programme. Ranger is now our lead for 'myProject' services.

First Portfolio Service (Private Sector)

Delivery to our first major client of 'Investment Office Services' (as they were then known) to include ICT Portfolio Discovery, Triage, Prioritisation, Selection and Baseline.

We provided advisory and management services to a Queensland State Government Department for establishment of an ICT PMO.

Finalised our Business Plan

Over several sessions, myP3's foundational shareholders (Dan, Satoshi, Bev, Moneelta) articulated our vision and mission, product and services portfolio, markets, operational model and implementation strategy.
