HAT COLLECTOR
And in his spare time...
Xavier grew up in New Caledonia and started working in IT in Norway in the oil industry. He loves to solve problems, and enjoys all aspects of support, whether it is technical, emotional, spiritual or medical. He has worked also as a medical health practitioner and although IT is technical and about systems, for him it is first and foremost about people and how to help them use the technology available to them.
Xavier also likes acting, and has performed in a theatre show in full attire, and posing for the local newspaper in New Caledonia (“Les Nouvelles”) - but that was when he was a little younger.
These days, Xavier is a bit of a collector. He owns a wide range of hats from his overseas trips including Mexican, Chinese (with the pony tail), Rastafari (with dreadlocks), Kuwaiti Keffiyeh Agal (the Arabic headcloth worn by men), Tahitian (with flowers!), and many others.... but his favourite is the Aussie outback Akubra!
